This is for fraud protection for both Card holder and the Merchant. But if the customer is a Verified user from Paypal all requirements above are optional except the ID of the recipient. |

We process orders from Mondays-Saturdays 9AM-6PM only. Normally it takes 2-7 days(processing and delivery). Please exclude Regular & Special Holidays, & Weekends on processing. Yes, we encourage people from outside the country to buy from us and pay online using credit card/ATM Cards via PayPal/Weepay without hassle. Especially OFW's from all over the world. As long as the delivery address is within the Philippines we can accommodate your orders. Delivery address which is outside the country is not acceptable. Please also be informed that we are requiring documentary requirements to proceed the transaction. Please check below.

Yes, PayPal has an option of sending the payment without a PayPal account(as Guest). You have an option to create an account during your payment transaction.

| Please present a valid ID of the Card Holder and the recipient's ID(preferrably government issued ID). We require also an Authorization Letter from the Card Holder stating that He/She are allowed to pick-up the item ordered using their Credit Card online with Signature. You can send the copy of the requirements above by email prior to pick-up except for the recipient's ID.
