HP PRINT OVER DRIVE Promo.

PROMO DETAILS:

1. The promotion is open to all consumers of participating Original HP Ink Cartridges and Toners
2. Each purchase of any participating HP Ink Cartridges and Toners from any HP reseller nationwide entitles the customer to join the promo.
3. Prizes at stake for this promotion are the following:
   • 150 winners of one (1)-year fuel supply worth P36,000 (P3,000 per month) in three (3)
     monthly draws in form of Caltex Star Cash.
   • 2 Winners of brand new Honda City 1.3S MT in the Grand Draw
4. A maximum amount of PhP 3,000 will be allocated for the fuel supply per month. A total amount of PhP 36,000 worth of fuel Star Cards will be awarded to each monthly draw winners over a 12 month-period.
5. Two (2) brand new Honda City 1.3S MT each shall be given away in the grand draw.
6. Promo Period is from June 15, 2012 to September 14, 2012.

1. Upon purchase, the customer can get a raffle envelope coupon from any HP reseller. Customer
   must cut the hologram sticker from the ink or toner box (see picture A), and insert in the
   envelope coupon filled-out with complete name, address, email address, telephone number,
   mobile number, ink model, sales invoice number, date of invoice, store name and affix signature
   and the raffle envelope coupon must be dropped at designated drop boxes.
2. The accomplished raffle envelope coupon with hologram cut-out can be dropped in boxes
   located at any HP resellers in the following malls as specified below:
   • SM Megamall
   • SM North EDSA
   • SM Bacoor
   • SM Mall of Asia
   • Parksquare
   • Gaisano Mall Davao
   • SM South Mall
3. Deadline of entries for the last monthly and grand draw will be on Sept 14, 2012 at 9PM (may
   vary if the mall closes earlier).
